Kristin Sullivan is the manager of Public Health Systems Improvement at the Connecticut Department of Public Health (CDPH). She is responsible for ensuring coordination and support of various organizational and multi-sector activities to improve public health systems and outcomes. Her position includes oversight of CDPH’s strategic planning, population health planning and outcomes, workforce development planning, and public health accreditation through the national Public Health Accreditation Board.

Ms. Sullivan has an MS in economics from the University of Connecticut and a BS in business from the University of Hartford. Her previous positions were in both the legislative and executive branches of state government. She also held an elected position as a Westfield Athenaeum and Library Board of Trustee in her hometown of Westfield, Massachusetts from 2007-2013.
